Teak Sun Loungers
We manufacture solid teak sun loungers for hotels, resorts, pool decks and premium garden furniture retail. Frames are cut from sustainably sourced Grade-A teak heartwood with marine-grade stainless hardware, available with fixed or reclining backrests, transport wheels, stacking frames and solution-dyed acrylic cushions. As a factory-direct manufacturer we support OEM and ODM production, with MOQ from 5 sets per style and lead times of [25-45] days.
Teak sun loungers for commercial projects
Material Specification
• 100% Recycled Polyester
• 100% Olefin
• 100% Acrylic
Teak — Grade A and B heartwood only
• We cut only from the mature heartwood section of the log. Heartwood carries the natural oil content that gives teak its resistance to water, chlorine and salt spray, with no chemical treatment required. Sapwood, knotted stock and immature plantation offcuts are rejected at cutting.
Foam — quick-dry and open-cell
• Cushions use thickened quick-dry reticulated foam with an open-cell structure that lets water pass straight through instead of holding it. The added depth gives the seat support that holds up under daily commercial use, while the open structure means cushions drain and dry within hours of rain or wet swimwear, so they do not develop the mildew, musty smell or internal staining that closed-cell foam gets around pools
For poolside and coastal properties this is not a luxury upgrade. It is what keeps cushions in service through a full season instead of being replaced halfway through.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time and MOQ for an order?
In-stock items ship within [3–5] business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces typically take [4–6] weeks depending on quantity and finish. We’ll confirm an exact timeline with your quote. MOQ: 5 sets per style, with a minimum order of 10 sets or USD 5,000 total — whichever is reached first. Mixed models are welcome within the same order. Sample orders below MOQ can be arranged at sample pricing.
Shipping note for smaller orders: Orders below full container volume ship LCL (less than container load), where destination port charges are largely fixed regardless of volume. On bulky items like loungers, this can add a disproportionate share to your landed cost. We recommend consolidating to a larger volume where possible, or combining with other purchases. We also offer consolidation — we can hold your goods and load them together with other cargo, including shipments sent to our factory from your other suppliers.
Can I request samples or material swatches before ordering?
Yes. We can send fabric, timber and powder-coat swatches so you can check colour and texture in person. Contact us with the finishes you’d like to see and the project you’re specifying for.
Do you offer custom sizes, finishes or branding?
Most of our ranges can be customised — dimensions, frame colour, upholstery and logo branding. Minimum quantities apply for custom work. Send us your specification and we’ll advise on feasibility and pricing.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
Frames are typically covered by a 3–5 year warranty. Based on the specific components, materials, thickness, craftsmanship, and fabric selection, we provide customized warranty solutions for different products.Send us your product specifications and requirements, and our team will provide a suitable warranty plan for your project.
