Frequently Asked Questions
How well do the wheels work across different deck surfaces?
They are sized for tile, stone and timber decking, which covers most pool surrounds and rooftop terraces. One person tips the lounger back onto the wheels and rolls it — no lifting, no second staff member, no scraping the deck. On loose sand or gravel wheels give less benefit, so for beach clubs we would usually recommend a wide plank or trestle base instead. Tell us your surface when you enquire and we will advise which base suits the site.
Why is the frame wrapped in rope rather than left bare?
Three reasons. It removes the hot or cold metal contact guests notice on bare frames in direct sun or early morning.
